Job Description
THDC India Limited invites applications for two regular Senior Manager (HR) positions in E-6 Grade. Applicants must meet one of the prescribed HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or Social Work qualifications and have at least 13 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations. Experience at the immediate lower grade or equivalent level is also prescribed. The maximum age is 48 years as on 7 October 2026, subject to applicable relaxation. The pay scale is ₹90,000–₹2,40,000, and selection is through a Personal Interview.
