Job Description
THDC India Limited invites applications for one regular Additional General Manager (HR) position in E-8 Grade. Applicants must meet one of the prescribed postgraduate qualifications in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or Social Work and have at least 21 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience. Experience at the immediate lower grade or equivalent level is also prescribed. The upper age limit is 53 years as on 7 October 2026, subject to applicable relaxation. The pay scale is ₹1,20,000–₹2,80,000, and selection is through a Personal Interview.
