Job Description
THDC India Limited is recruiting two regular Deputy General Manager (HR) professionals in E-7 Grade. Applicants must possess one of the specified postgraduate qualifications in HR, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or Social Work and have at least 17 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience. The notification also requires experience at the immediate lower grade or equivalent level. The maximum age is 50 years as on 7 October 2026, subject to applicable relaxation. The pay scale is ₹1,00,000–₹2,60,000, and selection is based on a Personal Interview.
