Job Description

HITES has announced 2 vacancies for Operations Manager (Quantity Surveyor) under the Infrastructure Development – Design division. Candidates must possess either a full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience or a full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The position carries an IDA pay scale of ₹20,600–₹46,500. The appointment is initially for 3 years on a Fixed Term Contract basis and may be renewed depending on performance and organizational requirements. The upper age limit is 40 years for degree holders and 45 years for diploma holders as on 01 September 2026. Applicable age relaxation will be provided as per rules. Selected candidates may be posted at any HITES office or project site across India or overseas, at the discretion of the management. Selection will be based on shortlisting followed by Interview/Skill Test and other stages, if required.
