HITES Senior Operations Manager (MEP) Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online — HLL Infra Tech Services Ltd (HITES)

HITES has invited applications for 5 Senior Operations Manager (MEP) positions under the Infrastructure Development – Execution division. Candidates must hold a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in infrastructure projects and MEP-related works. The post carries an IDA pay scale of ₹24,900–₹50,500. The appointment is initially for 3 years on a Fixed Term Contract basis and may be renewed based on performance and organizational requirements. The maximum age limit is 40 years as on 01 September 2026. Applicable age relaxation will be provided as per rules. Selected candidates may be posted at any HITES office or project site across India or overseas, at the discretion of the management. Candidates may also be assigned to other relevant disciplines as required. Selection will involve shortlisting followed by Interview/Skill Test.
