HLL Infra Tech Services Ltd (HITES) has invited applications for 5 Operations Manager (Civil) posts under the Infrastructure Development – Execution division. Candidates with a full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering must have at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates holding a full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering must have at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience. The position carries an IDA pay scale of ₹20,600–₹46,500. The appointment is initially for 3 years on a Fixed Term Contract basis and may be renewed based on performance and organizational requirements. The maximum age limit is 40 years for degree holders and 45 years for diploma holders as on 01 September 2026. Applicable age relaxation will be provided as per rules. Selected candidates may be posted at any HITES office or project site across India or overseas. Candidates may also be required to work in other relevant disciplines as per organizational requirements. Selection will be through shortlisting followed by Interview/Skill Test, with additional selection stages possible depending on the number of applications.
