Job Description
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ministry of Home Affairs, has invited online applications from eligible meritorious sportspersons for 339 Constable (General Duty) posts under Sports Quota-2026. The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. R.II-21/2026-Sports across 22 sports disciplines. The vacancies include 258 posts for male candidates and 81 posts for female candidates. Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board and must meet the prescribed sports achievement requirements. The notification specifies eligibility based on participation, medals or positions achieved in recognized national, state, university, school and Khelo India competitions, depending on the applicable category. The age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 01 August 2026, with applicable age relaxations. The post carries Pay Level 3, ₹21,700–₹69,100. The selection process consists of document verification, Physical Standard Test (PST), sports trial and medical examination. There is no written examination.
