ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF SPEECH AND HEARING is inviting applications for 1 Physiotherapist position. Assess and evaluate patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, developmental, and other physical impairments to determine rehabilitation needs. Plan and provide physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and functional independence. Conduct therapeutic exercises and physical rehabilitation programmes for children and adults with developmental disorders, neurological conditions, and multiple disabilities. Prescribe and train patients in the use of mobility aids, assistive devices, orthoses, and therapeutic equipment, as appropriate. Educate and counsel patients, parents, caregivers, and families on home exercise programmes, posture correction, and preventive care. Maintain patient records, assessment reports, treatment plans, progress notes, and other related documentation. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Participate in teaching, clinical training, research, and outreach/community-based rehabilitation activities of the Institute. Assist in organizing screening camps, awareness programmes, workshops, and continuing education programmes.
