Multi Rehabilitation Worker — ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF SPEECH AND HEARING

ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF SPEECH AND HEARING is inviting applications for 1 Multi Rehabilitation Worker position. Assist rehabilitation professionals in providing therapy and rehabilitation services to persons with communication, hearing, developmental, neurological, and multiple disabilities. Implement prescribed rehabilitation programmes and therapy activities under the supervision of qualified professionals. Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living to improve functional independence. Educate and guide patients, parents, caregivers, and families on home-based rehabilitation programmes and follow-up care. Assist in organizing screening camps, community outreach programmes, awareness activities, and community-based rehabilitation (CBR) services. Maintain patient records, therapy registers, documentation, and other rehabilitation-related records. Assist in the maintenance, handling, and safe use of rehabilitation equipment, assistive devices, and therapy materials. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and special educators. Participate in clinical training, continuing education, research, and Institute activities as assigned.
