This Privacy Policy explains what information SearchSarkariNaukri collects from visitors and subscribers, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can opt out or request deletion.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & subscription data: When you register or subscribe to WhatsApp/Telegram job alerts you may share name, mobile number, email address, preferred districts, qualifications and notification preference.
- Usage analytics: Aggregated, privacy-safe page visits (path, country/city, device type, referrer). Raw IP addresses are stored only as one-way SHA-256 hashes — we cannot reverse them to identify you.

- Voluntary feedback: Any message you send through the contact form or grievance email.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Send Sarkari Naukri WhatsApp / Telegram daily alerts you opted in to.
- Match recommended jobs to your saved qualifications and district preferences.
- Operate the service: measure popular pages, fix bugs, prevent abuse.
- Show contextual advertising via Google AdSense (subject to your browser cookie settings).
We never sell your personal data, and we do not handle government application fees, payments or official submissions on our site.
3. WhatsApp & Telegram Alerts — Opt-Out
WhatsApp daily summaries are sent to subscribers who have opted in. To stop receiving them, reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or email contact@searchsarkarinaukri.com from the registered address. Your WhatsApp number is then flagged opted-out and excluded from future sends within 24 hours.
Telegram channel members can leave the channel at any time using Telegram's built-in Leave Channel control.
4. Data Retention
- Subscriber records (name, phone, email, preferences): retained while your subscription is active. Deleted within 30 days of opt-out / deletion request.
- Privacy-safe visitor analytics: retained for up to 365 days, then purged.
- Operational logs (errors, send receipts, audit trail): retained for up to 90 days for service quality and abuse prevention.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account, subscriber record and personal data by writing to contact@searchsarkarinaukri.com from the registered email or phone. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply. Public, non-personal records (e.g. analytics aggregates) are kept anonymously.
6. Children & Minors
SearchSarkariNaukri is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has shared personal data with us, email contact@searchsarkarinaukri.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
7. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use a self-hosted, privacy-safe analytics ping for page visits and Google AdSense for advertising. Cookie categories, durations, and how to disable them are detailed in our Cookie Policy. You can also use your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker to limit tracking.
8. Sharing With Third Parties
- Google AdSense (advertising and ad measurement).
- 2Factor / WhatsApp Business API providers for sending alerts to subscribers.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers who process traffic on our behalf under standard processor terms.
We never share or sell subscriber phone numbers to recruiters, coaching institutes or marketing agencies.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, hash IP addresses before storage, rate-limit endpoints to prevent abuse, and enforce a strict Content-Security-Policy to block unauthorised scripts. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been misused, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective date above. Continued use of SearchSarkariNaukri after an update means you accept the revised policy.
