Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Level 2 Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online — Southern Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Chennai

Southern Railway Railway Recruitment Cell, Chennai has invited online applications for recruitment against the Scouts and Guides Quota for Level 2 posts for the year 2026-27. A total of 03 Level 2 vacancies are available, including 02 posts in Southern Railway and 01 post in Integral Coach Factory. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification as well as the mandatory Scouts and Guides conditions. Applicants must be a President’s Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge holder, have been an active member of a Scouts organization for the last five years, possess the prescribed Certificate of Activeness and have attended two National or All Indian Railway level events and two State level events. The selection process includes a written/hybrid examination and assessment of Scouts and Guides certificates and activities. Candidates must satisfy the prescribed medical standards and other Railway recruitment conditions. Eligible candidates can submit their applications online through the RRC Chennai portal from 19 September 2026. The last date for submission of the online application is 18 October 2026 at 11:59 PM.
