Job Description

National Projects Construction Corporation Limited invites online applications for 2 regular Manager (HR) post(s) under Advertisement No. NPCC/Regular/HR/Finance/IT/Rajbhasha/Law/Oct./2026. Category-wise vacancy: OBC-NCL: 2 (including 1 PwBD horizontal reservation). Essential qualification and experience: MBA / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma with specialization in HR or Personnel Management. Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Upper age limit: 35 years as on 30 September 2026. Pay scale: E-2 (IDA), ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 IDA. Candidates must also meet the prescribed below-pay-scale / CTC condition: ₹40,000–₹1,40,000 IDA / CDA Level 9 / Scale I or equivalent; private-sector CTC ₹11.96 lakh per annum for at least 2 years. Selection may be through personal interview or another method decided by NPCC. Apply online from 1 November 2026 to 22 November 2026. Posting may be anywhere in India or abroad.
