Job Description

National Projects Construction Corporation Limited invites online applications for 1 regular General Manager (HR) post(s) under Advertisement No. NPCC/Regular/HR/Finance/IT/Rajbhasha/Law/Oct./2026. Category-wise vacancy: UR: 1. Essential qualification and experience: MBA / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma with specialization in HR or Personnel Management. Minimum 18 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Upper age limit: 50 years as on 30 September 2026. Pay scale: E-6 (IDA), ₹90,000–₹2,40,000 IDA. Candidates must also meet the prescribed below-pay-scale / CTC condition: ₹80,000–₹2,20,000 IDA / CDA Level 13 / Scale V or equivalent; private-sector CTC ₹23.91 lakh per annum for at least 2 years. Selection may be through personal interview or another method decided by NPCC. Apply online from 1 November 2026 to 22 November 2026. Posting may be anywhere in India or abroad.
