Job Description
JKPSC has invited applications for 27 Assistant Professor vacancies in Chemistry under the Higher Education Department, Jammu & Kashmir. Applicants must possess the prescribed Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a relevant/allied subject with the required percentage of marks. Candidates must also have qualified NET/SLET/SET or meet the applicable PhD exemption conditions prescribed under UGC regulations. The post carries Pay Level-10 with a salary range of ₹57,700–₹1,82,400. The advertised vacancies are distributed among various reservation categories as specified in the JKPSC notification. Only eligible domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir can apply.
