Job Description
Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has invited online applications for the post of Assistant Professor in Arabic under the Higher Education Department, Jammu & Kashmir. Candidates should possess the prescribed Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject along with NET/SLET/SET or a qualifying PhD as prescribed under the applicable UGC regulations. Candidates must also be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The post carries Pay Level-10 with a salary range of ₹57,700–₹1,82,400. Selection is based on a written examination as per the applicable JKPSC rules.
