Job Description
IITM invites applications for 10 Project Associate I posts under Advertisement No. PER/07/2026, with postings in Chennai, Tezpur and Pune. Candidates must possess the prescribed master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a qualifying engineering/technology degree. Duties may include atmospheric instrument operations, field research, meteorological data analysis, scientific reporting and related project work. The monthly remuneration is ₹31,000 plus HRA for eligible candidates with the specified national-level examination qualification, or ₹25,000 plus HRA as applicable. Attend the walk-in interview on 26 October 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the designated venue listed in the official notification.
