Job Description: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), a Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise, has invited applications for Fixed Tenure Executive posts in Industrial Safety under Advertisement No. Estt./1/2036/2026-27. There are 3 vacancies in the Industrial Safety discipline. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Safety Engineering Management, or a B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering. The recruitment covers different Fixed Tenure Executive grades, with the required experience, age limit and consolidated pay varying according to the grade. The consolidated monthly pay ranges from ₹75,400 to ₹1,69,600 depending on the grade. The engagement is for 3 years and may be extended by another 3 years depending on HCL requirements. The appointment is purely temporary/contractual and does not provide any right to regular employment or absorption. Selection is primarily through Personal Interview with 100% weightage.
