Job Description

Hindustan Copper Limited has invited applications for 1 Fixed Tenure Executive vacancy in Human Resources. Eligible candidates should possess an MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/Human Resources or a relevant Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or Human Resources. A Master’s in Social Work may also be acceptable subject to the conditions prescribed in the recruitment notification. The required post-qualification experience, age limit and consolidated remuneration depend on the applicable FTE grade. HCL's FTE grades carry consolidated monthly pay ranging from ₹75,400 to ₹1,69,600, with maximum age limits ranging from 35 to 52 years. The engagement is for an initial period of 3 years and may be extended by another 3 years based on organizational requirements. The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular employment or absorption. Selection is primarily based on Personal Interview with 100% weightage.
