Hindustan Copper Limited has invited applications for 8 Fixed Tenure Executive posts in Electrical Engineering under its 2026 recruitment drive. Experience is counted only from the date of obtaining the essential qualification and must be relevant to the discipline. The recruitment covers FTE grades with consolidated monthly pay ranging from ₹75,400 to ₹1,69,600. The applicable maximum age varies from 35 to 52 years according to the grade, as on 01 September 2026. The appointment is on a fixed-tenure basis for 3 years, with the possibility of extension by another 3 years. The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular employment in HCL. Selection will primarily be through Personal Interview.
