Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Limited has invited applications for 01 Deputy General Manager (Telecom) post for the Surat Metro project. The position is part of the GMRC Systems Recruitment 2026. (Job Notifications.com)  Candidates must possess a relevant B.E./B.Tech qualification and the required professional experience in telecom systems. Candidates from private organizations generally require 10 years of relevant executive experience, while candidates from PSU or Metro Rail organizations require 8 years of relevant experience. The post carries a revised IDA pay scale of ₹70,000–₹2,00,000. Appointment may be on contract, deputation or post-superannuation basis. The initial appointment period is three years and may be extended up to five years based on performance. The selection process includes shortlisting, document verification, personal interview and medical examination.
