Job Description
State Bank of India has announced one regular Manager – Learning & Development vacancy under its Specialist Cadre Officer recruitment. Candidates must possess an MBA, PGDM, PGDBM or equivalent qualification specializing in HR, HRD or HRM from an AICTE, UGC or Government-recognized institution. The post requires at least six years of post-basic HR or training experience, preferably within the IT industry or an IT vertical of the BFSI sector. Applicants should be 28 to 40 years old as on 31-07-2026, with applicable age relaxation as per rules. The position is in the MMGS-III grade and carries a 12-month probation period. The suggested place of posting is Navi Mumbai. Selection will be through shortlisting and interview.
