Job Description
State Bank of India is recruiting one regular Manager for Manpower Planning & Recruitment under its Specialist Cadre Officer recruitment. Candidates should hold an MBA, PGDM, PGDBM or equivalent qualification with specialization in HR, HRD or HRM from an AICTE, UGC or Government-recognized institution. A minimum of six years of post-basic HR experience is required, preferably in the IT industry or an IT vertical within BFSI. The age limit is 28 to 40 years as on 31-07-2026, subject to applicable relaxation. The post carries the MMGS-III pay scale and includes a 12-month probation period. The suggested place of posting is Navi Mumbai. Selection is through shortlisting and interview.
