Job Description
Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) is inviting applications for Branch Head – Manager / Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP) Rank on a regular basis. The role involves managing and overseeing banking branch operations, business development, customer relationships, compliance and achievement of branch-level business objectives. Candidates applying for Manager rank require a minimum of 5 years of banking experience in the cadre of Assistant Manager or above; Senior Manager candidates require minimum 8 years of banking experience including at least 4 years in a managerial cadre; and AVP candidates require minimum 10 years of banking experience including at least 6 years in a managerial cadre and 2 years as Senior Manager or equivalent. Selection will be through shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview, which may be conducted directly or through video conferencing.
