Job Description
Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Chandrapur Ferro Alloy Plant, has invited eligible candidates for Proficiency Training as Dresser Cum Compounder (Male). A total of 3 positions are available under the Medical & Health Services department. Candidates with 10+2 Science, Dresser/Compounder qualification, B.Sc. Nursing, GNM or ANM with registration can participate. The minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 30 years, with applicable relaxation. Selected trainees will undergo 18 months of training and receive ₹10,000 per month plus Knowledge Enhancement Allowance linked to attendance. Selection will be through a walk-in interview on 05 October 2026.
