SBI Dean SBIL Kolkata Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online — State Bank of India (SBI)

State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications for 1 Dean post at the State Bank Institute of Leadership (SBIL), Kolkata under Specialist Cadre Officer recruitment. The engagement is on a contractual basis and the position requires senior-level experience in banking training, educational institutions, business schools, corporate learning academies or similar organizations. Candidates should possess an MBA, Executive MBA, PGDM, PGDBA or equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks, or a Ph.D./M.Phil. from an eligible institution. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership position such as Dean, Deputy Dean, Principal, Director, Head, Centre Head, Chief Learning Officer, Senior Vice President, Vice President or equivalent. The maximum annual CTC is up to Rs. 98 lakh, subject to negotiation based on experience and other factors. Selection will involve shortlisting followed by an interview-cum-demo session and CTC negotiation. The online application process is open from 16 September 2026 to 06 October 2026.
