Job Description
Space Applications Centre (SAC), ISRO has invited applications for 3 temporary Junior Research Fellow positions under Post Code 01. Candidates with M.E./M.Tech. in Semiconductor Technology, Quantum, Micro/Nano Electronic Devices, RF & Microwave or related disciplines are eligible. The work involves RF circuit design, semiconductor device modelling, electromagnetic simulation and millimetre/sub-mm wave research. JRFs require qualification in CSIR-UGC NET, GATE or an eligible national-level examination. Fellowship is ₹37,000 per month + HRA for the first and second year and ₹42,000 + HRA subsequently.
