Job Description

North Western Railway has announced 67 Act Apprentice training slots at the Carriage Workshop, Jodhpur, for the 2026–27 training year. Candidates must have completed Class 10 with at least 50% aggregate marks and possess an NTC in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT. The age requirement is 15 to 24 years as on 06 November 2026, with applicable relaxation for eligible categories. Selection will be based on a merit list calculated using the simple average of Matriculation and ITI marks. The engagement is governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 and is a training opportunity, not a regular Railway appointment.
