RRB NTPC Trains Clerk Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online — Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs)

Railway Recruitment Boards have released CEN No. 07/2026 for Undergraduate-level NTPC recruitment, including 188 vacancies for Trains Clerk. The Trains Clerk post is placed at Level 2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with an initial basic pay of ₹19,900. The vacancies are distributed among participating RRBs and Railway units. Candidates must have passed 12th (+2 Stage) or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. Candidates awaiting the final result of the required qualification are not eligible. The prescribed age limit is 18 to 30 years as on 01 January 2027. Eligible reserved-category candidates will receive upper-age relaxation according to Railway rules. Selection will be through the prescribed Computer Based Tests followed by Document Verification and Medical Examination. Candidates must satisfy the medical standards applicable to the Trains Clerk post. The online application process will begin on 15 October 2026 and applications can be submitted until 13 November 2026 at 23:59 hours through the official RRB application portal.
