Job Description
The District Collector and District Magistrate, Jangaon, has announced 8 Librarian vacancies in Telangana Model Schools under Notification No. 17/2026. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized university. Selected candidates will maintain library books and records, catalogue and classify books, assist students and staff in accessing library resources and manage library activities. Monthly remuneration is ₹19,500. The engagement is on an outsourcing basis from 9 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 or until the requirement ceases, whichever is earlier. It does not confer any right to permanent government employment.
