Job Description
Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, has announced 8 Associate Professor vacancies under Advertisement No. E-II-II-09/2026/17387/UAT. The posts are available in Agronomy, Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry, Horticulture, Genetics & Plant Breeding, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Extension Education and Agricultural Economics. Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in the relevant subject, a Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent, and a minimum of 8 years of teaching, research or extension education experience in an academic or research position. The maximum age for General candidates is 42 years as on 25 November 2026. Selection is through interview only. The entry pay is ₹1,31,400 under Pay Matrix Level 13A. Applications must reach the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar, by 25 November 2026.
