National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand has invited applications for 7 Technician (Selection Grade-II) vacancies under Advertisement No. 08/2026. The vacancies are distributed across Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Library. Candidates must meet one of the prescribed educational routes, including 12th with Science, ITI qualifications or a three-year relevant Diploma in Engineering. The regular position is placed at Pay Level 5 with a pay scale of ₹29,200–₹92,300. For contractual appointment, the notification specifies consolidated remuneration of ₹47,000 per month. The direct-recruitment age limit is 27 years. Candidates applying through deputation or short-term contract must satisfy the relevant experience and service conditions prescribed by NIT Uttarakhand.
