IRCON Manager (Rajbhasha) Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline — IRCON International Limited

IRCON International Limited has released Advertisement No. 10/2026 for recruitment to the post of Manager/Rajbhasha (E-3) on a regular basis. IRCON is a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways. There is 1 vacancy for the Manager/Rajbhasha post. Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, or a Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level. Candidates must also possess a full-time Diploma in Translation of at least one year from a Government recognized University or Institute. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in translation work from English to Hindi and Hindi to English. Experience in Government, Semi-Government, Railway Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies is preferred. Knowledge of the Official Language Policy of the Government of India and Hindi typing on computer is desirable. The maximum age limit for the post is 37 years. Eligible candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 along with applicable IDA allowances, Performance Related Pay and other benefits as per IRCON rules. The selection process will consist of Written Examination and/or Interview. The application fee is ₹1,000 for UR/OBC candidates, while SC/ST/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempt from the fee.
