Job Description

HAL Aircraft Division, Nasik has invited applications for 20 Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice positions for Bachelor of Commerce graduates. Candidates must possess a 3 or 4-year B.Com degree from a recognized university and should have passed the qualifying degree between 2022 and 2026. NATS 2.0 registration is mandatory before applying. The selected candidates will undergo 1-year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 with the applicable stipend. This apprenticeship does not guarantee a permanent job with HAL after completion. Selection will be based on merit using qualifying degree marks, followed by document verification. No written examination or interview is prescribed. Eligible candidates should apply before 04 September 2026.
