Job Description
Naval Dockyard Mumbai has announced 3 Apprentice vacancies for the Rigger trade. Candidates must have minimum 50% aggregate marks in 8th Standard. Rigger is treated as a non-hazardous trade for the minimum-age requirement, with a minimum age of 14 years on the crucial date and no upper age limit for apprenticeship training. The training period is two years and the prescribed stipend is ₹6,800 per month. Merit for Rigger is calculated using Class 8 marks, followed by the prescribed written examination, medical examination and document verification.
