Job Description
Naval Dockyard Mumbai has invited applications for 19 Apprentice vacancies in Welder (G&E). This is classified as a hazardous trade and therefore the minimum age is 18 years on the crucial date. Candidates must additionally have minimum 50% aggregate in relevant Class 10 subjects and minimum 50% aggregate in the applicable ITI trade under NCVT or SCVT. The apprenticeship lasts one year and provides a monthly stipend of ₹9,600. Selection includes merit-based shortlisting where required, written examination, medical examination and document verification.
