Job Description
Central Bank of India has invited offline applications for 1 Company Secretary position in Senior Management Grade Scale V under its Specialist Category on a regular basis. Candidates must be members of ICSI with a valid membership number and possess at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in a listed company, preferably in a Bank, NBFC or financial services company with minimum market capitalization of ₹10,000 crore. The maximum age is 50 years. The pay scale is ₹1,20,940–₹1,35,020. Selection will involve shortlisting followed by a personal interview.
