Candidates must also be serving or retired Defence Officers holding the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army, Captain in the Indian Navy or Group Captain in the Indian Air Force, with at least 2 years of seniority in the respective rank and a minimum of 20 years of service in the Defence Forces. Retired officers must have been discharged within 5 years from the date of advertisement.
Age limit: Maximum 52 Years for General/UR candidates and 55 Years for OBC (NCL) candidates as on 01-09-2026.

Job Description

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, has invited applications for 6 Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA Grade) posts on a permanent basis. The recruitment is specifically for eligible serving or retired Defence Forces officers. BEL's official recruitment page lists the locations as Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Mumbai and Karwar.
