Job Description
Assam Rifles has announced 29 vacancies for Rifleman (Mason) under the Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2026. Candidates must have passed 10th/Matriculation from a recognized Board. In addition, candidates are required to qualify the prescribed Mason trade test and provide an undertaking or self-certification confirming a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Mason trade. The age limit is 18 to 23 years as on 01 July 2026, subject to applicable age relaxation. The selection process includes the RFID-based Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test, document verification, Computer Based Test, trade skill test and Detailed/Review Medical Examination. The trade skill test is qualifying in nature. Eligible male Indian citizens can apply online from 28 September 2026 to 28 October 2026. The recruitment rally is tentatively scheduled to commence from 23 November 2026 onwards.
