Job Description
NABFINS Limited has invited applications for the post of Customer Service Officer (CSO). The role involves customer sourcing, branch portfolio growth, customer verification, onboarding support, field operations, disbursement support and collection of installments. Candidates who have completed PUC/10+2 or equivalent can apply. Freshers are eligible, while candidates with 1–3 years of similar field experience may be preferred. A valid driving licence and motorcycle are mandatory, and candidates must be able to read, write and speak the local language as well as English.
