AIIMS NORCET 11 Nursing Officer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 2218 Tentative Posts — All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-11 Notification 2026 for the recruitment of Nursing Officer (Group-B) posts. A total of 2218 tentative vacancies have been announced across 27 participating AIIMS and other Government medical institutes throughout India. The online application process started on 24 July 2026 and will remain open until 13 August 2026 (5:00 PM). Candidates possessing B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or GNM with the required experience and Nursing Council registration are eligible to apply. The recruitment will be conducted through a two-stage Computer Based Test (CBT) comprising the NORCET Preliminary Examination followed by the NORCET Mains Examination. Candidates qualifying both stages will undergo document verification before final appointment. Selected candidates will be appointed as Nursing Officers (Group-B) in Level-7 of the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised Pay Band-2 ₹9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay ₹4,600) along with applicable Central Government allowances. The tentative vacancies include posts at AIIMS New Delhi and 26 other participating institutions such as AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Guwahati, AIIMS Deoghar, AIIMS Raipur, JIPMER Puducherry, ESIC New Delhi and other participating hospitals.
